"photo issue"                              original photo size 640 X 480 pixels before placed in website

same photo shrunk to fit website table size producing "grainy" effect I took the above photo and "dragged" it down to this size (in this web table).

This is the original photo....resized to fit a specific table in the page of the website (before adding it to the web files).  233 X 133 pixels (no "grainy look")
